Planet Rock offers birthday party bookings at both locations on select Saturdays throughout the year. Bookings are first come, first serve – so please plan ahead! To book a party with Planet Rock, please scroll down to the Birthday Party options below.

• Cost: $35 per climber
• Duration: 2-hrs

Restrictions

• Minimum Age 4 years old
• Maximum Group Size 12 People
• Note: Non-climbers (parents, grandparents, etc) are not counted towards the maximum participant number.

Booking Information & Policies:

• Reservations must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance of the party date.
• Payment must be completed at least 10 days prior to the party date.
• Cancellations made 8 days prior to the event are eligible for a refund with a $50 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations within 7 days of the party date are nonrefundable.
• All participant waivers need to be completed prior to the group’s arrival.
• All food is to be consumed in designated party space, not inside the main gym.

Several members of our climbing community, including some of our staff, discovered their love for rock climbing during a birthday party at one of our gyms. We know first-hand how valuable these experiences can be for our community, and our staff is dedicated to making each birthday party a memorable event.
