The Semester Pass can only be purchased in-person, with a valid school ID or proof of enrollment.

Monthly Membership Cancellation Policy

As of May 1, 2024, Planet Rock allows Monthly Members to manage their own memberships. Monthly Members have the ability to cancel their membership at anytime, or freeze their membership for up to 3-months for $10 a month.

To cancel or freeze a Monthly Membership, please follow these steps:

1. Login to your Planet Rock account with Capitan
2. Locate your membership (Memberships + Passes)
3. Cancel or freeze your membership

Annual Membership Cancellation Policy

Failure or inability to utilize the services of Planet Rock does not entitle the Membership holder to a refund for the Membership purchased. Membership is non-refundable and non-transferable. Membership can be paused for up to 3 months (or the duration of the pass) due to injury. All membership pauses must be approved from Planet Rock Management.

1. First and last name
2. The date of the injury
3. Proof of injury from medical professional

Family Annual Membership Pricing Breakdown

Family memberships are not available for purchase online. All family memberships need to be purchased in-person at one of our gym locations. All members of the family do not need to be present at the time of purchase.

• First Adult: Annual Membership | $810
• Second Person: Annual Membership | $810
• Third Person (Minor*): Minor Annual Membership | $683
• Third Person (Adult): Annual Membership | $810
• Each Additional Minor*: Minor Annual Membership | $683
• Each Additional Adult: Annual Membership | $810

*Minors must be under the age of 18 on the start date of the minor annual membership.

Q: Do the persons sharing a family membership need to be blood-related?
A: No. Planet Rock will not require proof of relationships between persons who request to share a family membership.

Q: Do the persons sharing a family membership need to reside in the same household?
A: No. Planet Rock will not be verifying addresses for family memberships.

Q: What if the second person on the family membership is a minor?
A: The second person on a family membership will be charged $810 regardless of age or relationship to the first person on the membership.

Q: Is there a limit on how many minors can be added to a family membership?
A: No. Guardians can add as many minor memberships to their account as they want.

Q: Can an existing annual member transition their single membership into a family membership?
A: Yes! Existing annual members can transition into a family membership at any time! Our staff will be happy to assist you with this at either gym location.
