Class Theme: Fundamentals
Skill Level: Beginner + All Levels
Intensity Level: Easy
Class Description: This class is for people new to yoga with modifications for returning students. Mai focuses on how to move in a way that is in line with each person’s body. You will go through a gentle warm up and slowly progress to more strengthening postures. Every class, you will focus on a specific part of the body.

We will build class from the ground up, starting either laying down or seated and growing to more challenging standing and balancing postures from there. The all levels yoga class will be balanced between effort and ease, each providing teachable moments that can translate to maintaining center when climbing or moving through life. We will finish class with a relaxing savasana or meditation.
