Planet Rock offers birthday party bookings at both locations on select Saturdays throughout the year.

Bookings are first come, first serve – so please plan ahead! To book a party with Planet Rock, please scroll down to the Birthday Party options below.

Event Cost

• Event Deposit: $210
  • Deposit pays for first 6 participants
• Each additional participant: $35

Event Duration: 2 hrs

• 1 hr 15 min staff-guided rock climbing
• 45 min in the party room (gift exchange, BYO food + drink)

Event Restrictions

• Minimum Age: 4 years old
• Maximum Age: 16 years old
• Minimum Group Size: 4 participants
• Maximum Group Size: 12 participants*
  *Non-climbers (parents, grandparents, etc) are not counted towards the maximum participant number.

Booking Information

• Reservations are first come, first serve.
• Certain Saturdays may not be available due to gym schedule conflicts or gym closures. If your desired date is unavailable, it is not an error or mistake of the app or website.
• Reservations must be booked at least 3 weeks in advance.
• Participant waivers must be completed prior to the group’s arrival.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations up to two weeks prior to the scheduled event are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations within two weeks of the party date are nonrefundable.

Several members of our climbing community, including some of our staff, discovered their love for rock climbing during a birthday party at one of our gyms.

We know first-hand how valuable these experiences can be for our community, and our staff is dedicated to making each birthday party a memorable event.

Birthday Parties are available at both locations on select Saturdays. To find an available slot, please select your preferred gym location from the buttons below.

Please note, our software system (Capitan) requires you to sign the gym waiver and create an account prior to accessing the event calendar. No waiver? No problem! Follow this link to fill out our gym waiver.
